ATTENDEE REGISTRATION

Registration is set up with the following registration types, please select one of these types to start your registration.

The following registration types cover the conference dates of July 12 – 17 and includes the Welcome Protocol and Reception, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for July 13 – 16 and Breakfast and Lunch on July 17.  Also included is the transportation to the Waimea Wellness Excursion on July 14.  Physician types include continuing medical education credits.

*By registering as a member of a PRIDoC organization, you consent to your name being provided to that organization for confirmation of membership; and acknowledge that you may be required to pay the full registration fee if your membership is not active.

** Register as a Physician Non-Member and have an opportunity to renew or join the ‘Ahahui o na Kauka during the registration process to receive the member rate.

*** The Medical Resident /Registrar /Student registration type includes the Pre-Conference Student Track, July 11 – 12, and the main conference events and activities, July 12 – 17.  Registrants in this category are encouraged to stay on campus at the UH Hilo Dormitory and will be assigned shared accommodation in Hale Alahonua.

 

GUEST REGISTRATION

Accompanying guest may register to participate in the meals, special events and excursions.  A guest registration must be associated with one of the full registrants above.  A guest is defined as anyone accompanying a full registrant, 3 years and older.

Guest Special Events Only Ala Carte

Guest may choose a Full Package which includes all meals and special events.  Full package rates available for Adult (age 12 and above) or Youth (age 6 – 11).  The Guest Full Packages includes the Welcome Protocol Reception on 7/12; Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on 7/13, 7/15, 7/16; Breakfast only on 7/14; Breakfast and Lunch on 7/17.  Children, ages 3 - 5 are free. 

Guest may also choose to purchase Special Events Only Ala Carte for the following events.  Each event is $125 each (ages 12 and above); or $60 each (ages 6 – 11).  Children, ages 3 – 5 are free.

UH HILO DORMITORY HOUSING

Register for your UH Hilo Dormitory rooms during your registration process.  If you would like to stay at a hotel, please return to the PRIDoC website for the hotel reservation forms and links.  All dormitory reservations must be pre-paid and reserved by MAY 20.  Dormitory housing is priced per night.  Rates vary by building and number of beds.  All rooms are subject to a one-time hospitality fee.  The hospitality fee covers the linens for each occupant (and kitchenware if Hale Ikena).  Limited number of dorms are available, so reservations of dormitories with full occupancy (all beds assigned) will be given priority for confirmation.  Please make pre-arrangements with your fellow members before making your reservations.  Single occupancy reservations are subject to confirmation and will be notified May 20.  Only Student/ Medical Resident/Registrar’s may register as a single, as they will be assigned a room-mate.  Full pre-payment due at the time of reservation.  Cancellations and refunds will be allowable prior to May 20. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted in writing to registrar@pacificrimconcepts.com.  If cancelled prior to April 30, a full refund less $50 cancellation fee; Cancellations received between May 1 and June 1 will receive a 50% refund less $50 cancellation fee; No refunds for cancellations after June 1.  Attendee substitutions allowed until July 12.
